Week Recap - Christmas Came and Went

I seriously cannot believe how fast this year went. Christmas came and went like a flash, too. I, honestly, was a little sad about my Christmas this year, because it was so small. It was only my in-laws and hubby this year. I love when it is my huge family, lots of games and lots of chaos. But there have been lots of changes in my family this year, my mom & aunt moved to Montana this year to be closer to my sister and nephews. It has been an adjustment and I am still adjusting. My in-laws helped make the most of it, we played games and watched movies. Next year will be fun with a 6 month-old in the mix!

  6. I can't believe how quickly this year went either! It looks like you had a good reading week! I only managed to finish one book with the holidays. I procrastinated a lot and had a bunch of things I had to do last minute. :P

  8. Christmas really did come and go in a blur this year! Ours is always small as the rest of our family are on the other side of the country - sometimes I'm grateful for it, though this year it would have been nice to see everyone again. I'm glad you were able to make the most of it, and I'm sure the next one will be extra fun!

    Congrats on the blogoversary :)

  12. I know what you mean. I was in Florida seeing family for Christmas this year and, it was good, but it was so different. It threw me off trying to say "Merry Christmas" in such warm weather. ^^; Next year will definitely be different for you--in a good way, I'm sure. Congratulations and Happy New Year!
