  3. You've got a few on your list that were on mine as well, Rainbow Rowell for instance. And I didn't put on my list, but I'm currently reading Holly Black for the first time.

  6. Oh dear, as I look at your list the only one I've even heard of is Rainbow Rowell. It seems we read much different authors, but this is part of the joy of blogging about books; there's so much to learn and so much to share. Congratulations on your one year milestone!

  7. I would've put Laini Taylor on my list, but she wasn't new to me in 2014; I read Daughter of Smoke & Bone last year. (I read the other two books this year, and really enjoyed both!)

I haven't read any of Rainbow Rowell's books yet, but I did read her short story in My True Love Gave to Me. It was pretty good, so I might have to check out some of her books.

  8. I'm so glad to see so many people getting into Sarah J. Maas this year. The Throne of Glass series is ruining me...but in a good way.

  9. Finally. Someone who has authors I actually recognize and have read books by. I had no idea until this TTT that there were so many authors out there that I had never even heard of. Thanks for dropping by my blog.

  11. Awesome list! I read Mead, Maas and Meyer before and love them all! Rowell was new to me as well but I wasn't as blown away by her stories. I have yet to read others, especially Bardugo and Taylor, super excited for them!
