Top Ten Things On My Bookish Bucket List (could be blogging related, book related etc. -- meeting authors, reading x many books per year, finishing a daunting book, etc.)

  1. Go to Hogwarts at Universal Studios, Florida
  2. Read all the books on Goodreads 100 Books to Read in a Lifetime (26 read, 74 to go)
  3. Write (and finish) a novel
  4. Finish my 2014 goal of 50 books
  5. Read 100 books in a year
  6. Meet 5 authors (no authors ever come to Fargo, so I will have to make travel arrangements)

  7. Make a book purse
  8. Have my blog’s review published in a book
  9. Read my TBR list so it is not out of control!
  10. Have a library in my house
    What are your bookish goals?

  2. Number 1! I want to do that too. I was in Orlando for a work trip last year and was so mad that I couldn't go to Hogwarts. So close, but so far.

Great list, we have some in common!

  8. Love your bookish bucket list! So many great ones - my favorite by far: Go to Hogwarts at Universal. (I totally want to go there too!) Also thought you had many other great ones - especially the library in home and reading 100 books in a year goals. Great list!

  11. I like the picture of the book nook/library! I've been to Universal, way before they built Hogwarts, and it was so fun, I'd love to go back, and hopefully by then I will have read HP and can enjoy Hogwarts there!

  16. I went to Hogwarts last summer, and it was definitely amazing! I hear they are expanding it even further next summer, so I'd wait another year before at least before crossing that off your list. LOVE the book purse idea!

  17. Fabulous list. My girls aren't into Harry Potter at all, so Hogwarts wasn't something I got to see when we were there. I'll have to review that Goodreads list. I don't know how many of them I've read so far. Good luck with your other goals. Love that library picture.

Thanks for visiting The Book Connection.

  18. I love your library image, looks so cozy.

And I've seen that Hogwarts wish on so many bucket lists. I am thinking if all book bloggers pooled our resources, we could go as a giant group :D

  25. Wow I didn't think of Hogwarts when I made my list, but that's definitely something I want to do! I remember when they announced it being built and following all the updates I could find on it because I wanted to go so bad! Still haven't gone, and probably won't for a while now with college coming up, but it'll happen one day! I hope you get to go as well!! Good luck with your reading and writing goals :)

  30. What a wonderful list of goals!! I deifnitely gotta get ontop of my TBR pile as well so its not so out of control, lol! I really want to own a personal library as well - its like I have one right now but without the shelves, and organization and an actual dedicated room to JUST books, lol! Thanks for dropping by and commenting yesterday on my post!

  35. So many of those would be on my list two. Especially the library. I will have my own Beast's library one day.
I went to the Wizarding World a few years ago and it's magical and brilliant. And the new section opens this year too. I will be back soon. Hope you can get there soon, Missie.
    Great list! Happy TTT!

  36. The book purse idea sounds awesome! I'd love to have one of those. #10 sounds about right for me too! I'd love to have a library at home, even if it's not extravagant like the one in Beauty and the Beast (LOL).. :) Thanks for dropping by my TTT :)

  39. A home library would be so wonderful. Alas, my home is too small, but I've managed to turn one wall of my dining room into a pseudo-library.

It's tough living in a city where authors are unlikely to tour, but I hope you are able to make it to a signing or a conference where you can meet many more than 5 authors. :)
