Week Recap - Vacation in Montana

Wow, this was a whirlwind week. I spent the entire week in Montana with my sister, her husband and my two amazing nephews. Everett is almost 2 and is so smart, active and a chatterbox. Joel is just a month old (born Christmas day) and I was blessed with seeing him smile for the first time. We were so active, and since I do not have children it was an experience to bundle two kids up and get them in the car every time we left my sister's house. Uffda!

This week I read:

This week on A Flurry of Ponderings:

Monday - Book Review of The Raven Boys
Tuesday - Top Ten Tuesday with Books that will Make You Cry
Wednesday - Waiting on Wednesday with Dorothy Must Die
Thursday - Book Review of Cruel Beauty
Saturday - Book Review of Cress

  6. Ohemgee, your nephews are ADORABLE!!! I can't wait to see your review of The Unseemly Education of anne Merchant, I really enjoyed it! I need to read Cress soon... I want to put it off for as long as I can stand though so I have less of a wait for winter, lol.

  7. Your family is so cute!
Cress and Cruel Beauty both have such beautiful covers (and they're so awesome to boot!). Ooh, I just picked up E&P. I'm excited to start it, can't wait to hear your thoughts on it!

  9. Your nephews are ADORABLE, Missie! :D

Your upcoming reviews only remind me of the fact that I need to get a lot of reading done :P I probably wouldn't go near the Shatter Me series though. It sounds like my worst nightmare :P

Have a great week and Happy reading! :D

  11. That's wonderful you got to go visit your sister! My sisters live in ND and Alaska so I don't get to see them often. But last summer my sister that lives in Alaska lived in SD by my mom for a short while and I got to see her and her kids for the first time in a few years. It was amazing! Unfortunately they had to move back to Alaska in the fall so who knows when I'll see her again. :(

  12. Great pictures. I'm originally from WY, so I love that big sky country. My sis has 3 kids, so it is always an experience going anywhere with her. Lol. I still need to get on the Lunar series. Cinder has been topping my TBR list for forever.
